The light roasted Colombian and Costa Rican coffees in "Armor Up" offer a hint of juicy lemon acidity that complements the body and tactile feel of the espresso while the medium roasted Nicaragua lends it a smooth, chocolatey body. When these two profiles hold hands and combine, they bring an experience that can only be defined as "I'm ready... Let's GOOOO!

Fear Not Clutch Club
The Lord reminds us 365 times to "Fear Not". A reminder so valuable we dedicated a coffee to it. The "Fear Not" blend, with a chocolatey sweetness, fruity flavor, and milky mouthfeel, "Fear Not" is the perfect ode to God's daily reminder.
The coffee in "Fear Not" is brought to us from a partnership with Caravela Coffee and multiple farmers in Jinotega, Nicaragua. We’ve roasted this lot two ways to showcase all that it’s capable of. The light roasted component highlights clean notes of citrus fruits, which dial up the acidity of this composition. The medium component lends the composition a rich aroma and sweet notes of caramel. Together, these roast profiles strike the perfect balance of smooth and sweet. In a cup of "Fear Not", you’ll find notes of cocoa, lemon, and dried fig. Midwestern and hardworking, "Fear Not" was created to be perfectly balanced and loved by all. Fruit of the Spirit Clutch Club
In every cup of Fruit of the Spirit, you’ll taste the complex, yet refined flavors that altitude and great processing yield. Rich plum sweetness is given further depth by notes of cocoa, lemongrass, red grape, and a grapefruit acidity. The medium body of this coffee rounds out all of these flavors in the cup.
This "Fruit of the Spirit" coffee was grown by a group of farmers who mill their coffee together after harvest. Once the coffee arrived at the mill, it was processed using a fully washed process. It was then prepared for shipment after being dried on patios. This processing method translates to crisp, clean flavors in the final cup.
Just as the name suggests, this coffee will get your spirit shaking. Whether you brew it as espresso or slow it down in a pour-over, "Fruit of the Spirit" Colombia will surely awaken your spirit.
