PREPARE. THEN LEAD.
Small disciplines shape strong men.
Scripture (NIV)
“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground…”
Ephesians 6:13
Leadership usually looks quieter than we expect.
It is getting up when nobody sees.
Keeping your word.
Choosing patience.
Protecting what matters.
Most men think leadership starts when someone follows them.
Scripture reminds us it starts much earlier.
It starts in the small decisions.
The thoughts we allow.
The habits we build.
The example we set.
The Armor of God is not something we put on when life becomes difficult. It is something we put on before the day begins.
Coffee in hand. Mind steady. Heart surrendered.
Prepare first. Then lead.
Prayer
Father, thank You for another day. Help me put on Your armor before I step into today. Build discipline in me through small faithful choices. Help me lead my thoughts, my actions, my family, and my future with humility and courage. Amen.
