In 1531, Our Lady appeared four times to Juan Diego, a humble Mexican peasant, proclaiming herself the Mother of God as well and the Mother of us all. To honor Our Lady of Mount Carmel, we&#39;ve created a delicious Salted Caramel blend, with a sweet and subtle flavor that provides the perfect way to start your day.<br><br>The Carmelite Order is an ancient one, going back not only to St. Simon Stock but to the Prophet Elijah on Mount Carmel, giving us the Marian title &quot;Our Lady of Mount Carmel.&quot; As the Carmelites spread throughout the world, deepening devotion to Christ, they also spread the Brown Scapular - the sacramental given to them by Our Lady. Today, she offers her intercession and protection to millions of Catholics throughout the world who wear the Scapular.<br><br>

During his extraordinary life Padre Pio (1887-1968) had the power to bilocate, received the stigmata, and heard countless confessions of pilgrims to his small Italian town. He lives on as an inspiring spiritual director through his famous words: “Pray, Hope, and Don’t Worry.” <br><br>To honor Padre Pio, the great patron saint of Italy, we’ve created a deep, rich espresso roast*, bursting with Italian-inspired flavor and finished with a hint of sweetness.<br><br>*For the best tasting espresso, we recommend grinding this coffee at home for each brew.<br><br>Taste: Smooth and approachable. St. Benedict Chocolate Hazelnut Blend

A delicious flavor tribute to St. Benedict. Born to Roman nobility in the year 480, he gave up his wealth when it proved a danger to his soul. Living as a hermit, when men asked to join in his ascetical way of life, he founded the Benedictine Order.<br><br>He is known for his Rule of Saint Benedict, a spiritual rule of life used today in many monasteries and convents. He is also known as a powerful and protective Patron against evil after surviving many assassination attempts under miraculous circumstances. In honor of this quiet man whose motto was &quot;Ora et Labora,&quot; &quot;Prayer &amp; Work,&quot; we present a coffee capturing the immense satisfaction of a long day&#39;s labors, and the reward of the respite afterward. With a sweet milk chocolate flavor, brightened by hazelnuts, this is a rich and gratifying blend that any coffee-lover will enjoy.

St. Drogo Ethiopian Medium Roast

This blend honors St. Drogo, Patron Saint of Coffee. His father died before he was born and his mother died in childbirth. A Flemish noble, he was raised by relatives, and upon discovering what happened to his parents, felt called to live a life of prayer and penance devoted to God.<br>At the age of 20, he sold all he owned to live as a shepherd, hermit, pilgrim and anchorite. Recognized for his holiness and charity, he is the Patron Saint of Coffee because of his meager diet.<br><br>This Ethiopian blend features the strength of a dark roast and the smoothness of a medium roast. Semi-sweet chocolate and heavy dark berry notes offer an enriching influence in the delicious flavor profile, featuring the berries St. Drogo may have eaten as a hermit living from the land and the hand of God. Honoring the Patron Saint of Coffee, it makes a distinctive cup and a delicious gift of devotion.<br><br>

St. Dymphna Half Decaf Blend

St. Dymphna was an ordinary young woman with a desire to love and serve God all her life. At the death of her mother, Dymphna&#39;s father became a threat to his daughter&#39;s purity. She died a martyr&#39;s death at the hands of her father and the Church honors St. Dymphna as the patroness of suffering from mental health issues and disorders of the nervous system. <br><br>This 50/50 blend of Peruvian and Decaf Colombian beans honors St. Dymphna. It&#39;s moderated caffeine content will give you a boost during daytime but allow you to relax and sleep at night. This brave and holy martyr became a French hero and an inspiration to the entire world.<br><br>Our dark, rich French blend honors the boldness of St. Joan of Arc, patron saint of France. St. John Paul II Peruvian Dark Roast Coffee

This delicious dark roast coffee honors the great saint, Pope John Paul II. He was born near Cracow, Poland and later entered seminary during WWII, when religious practice in Poland was forbidden by the Nazis. In 1978, after a rapid rise from priest to Bishop to Cardinal, he became Pope, reigning 27 years. Shot in an assassination attempt, he forgave his attacker, whom he visited in prison. He was a great orator, champion of mercy, and avid outdoorsman passionate about reaching each soul and acknowledging their dignity and beauty before God.<br><br>In a nod to JP II, this Peruvian blend is bold, but leaves the bitterness behind, with a semi-sweet chocolate finish. The flavor profile features notes of fresh cedar that celebrate his love of the great outdoors, where he found God in creation.
